Project Estimates and Quotations
All estimates, quotations, and project timelines provided by Smart Home Automation Guide are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if additional work, hidden conditions, material shortages, or customer-requested modifications are discovered after work begins.
Change Orders
Any request to modify the agreed scope of work may require a written change order. Additional labor, materials, permits, or services resulting from such changes may affect both project costs and completion dates.
Property Access
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable decision-makers, pets, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or schedule adjustments.
Permits and Approvals
Where required, permits, inspections, homeowner association approvals, or other authorizations must be obtained before work begins. Unless specifically included in the service agreement, the customer remains responsible for securing such approvals.
Materials and Product Availability
Project schedules and pricing may be affected by supplier delays, discontinued products, shipping disruptions, or material shortages beyond our control. We reserve the right to recommend comparable alternatives when necessary.
Site Conditions
Smart Home Automation Guide is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, hidden damage, mold, pest infestations, outdated wiring, plumbing deficiencies, or other concealed conditions discovered during the course of work. Any required corrective work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Customer-Supplied Materials
If the customer provides materials, fixtures, appliances, or equipment, Smart Home Automation Guide is not responsible for manufacturer defects, compatibility issues, delays caused by unavailable components, or warranty claims related to customer-supplied products.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable advance notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered, permits have been obtained, or labor has been scheduled may be subject to fees covering expenses already incurred.
Workmanship Warranty
Smart Home Automation Guide provides a limited workmanship warranty for services performed, subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or issues caused by third-party work.
Emergency and Unforeseen Delays
Project schedules may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, utility outages, supplier disruptions, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Such delays shall not be considered a breach of contract.
Photography and Portfolio Rights
Smart Home Automation Guide may photograph completed work for quality control, documentation, training, and portfolio purposes. No personal information will be disclosed without consent. Customers may request that project images not be used for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property
